What Do I Need in Order to File Bankruptcy?

In order to file for bankruptcy you need only information. Bankruptcy does not require that you work or be unemployed.
It does not have stipulations on whether or not one owns a vehicle or home.
A certain marital status and amount of children are also not required.
In order to file Chapter 7 you need to be determined eligible under the means test. If you are not, then you will need to file under Chapter 13.
