What Your Trustee Needs to Know

It's not important that your trustee know your first puppy's name but it is important that they know if you have ever filed bankruptcy before.  Below is an abbreviated list of things your trustee absolutely needs to know:

• Your full legal name
• Your marital status
• Date of Birth
• Whether or not you have filed bankruptcy previously, even if it was a long time ago
• Whether or not you have an attorney
• A complete list of all your creditors (including relatives, friends, etc.)
• A complete list of all of your assets (including bank accounts)
