The 341 meeting is a stage in the bankruptcy process that the trustee uses to make sure all information represented by a debtor is true and correct. A discharge cannot be obtained without completing this crucial step. A pro se debtor MUST attend the 341 meeting in person when filing a personal bankruptcy.
However, a debtor represented by an attorney has the option of going to the meeting with their attorney or sending their attorney in their stead.
Do not leave such a crucial step to change. Trust the experienced attorneys at the Fears | Nachawati Law Firm to guide you through a smooth bankruptcy transition.
