Beware of Bankruptcy Fraud

Just this week a Maryland woman was sentenced to 46 months in prison for bankruptcy fraud. The woman reported inaccurate income levels for a 2004 bankruptcy filing. During that time period she applied for and was approved for six-figure loan amounts, both personal and mortgage refinance loans.
